Are you called to be a steady, compassionate presence in the lives of youth healing from trauma? As a Youth Engagement Support (YES) Staff member at the Girls Rise Home, you’ll provide daily care, engagement in activities, and mentorship to residents in our therapeutic program. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you’ll use the Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) model to foster connection, growth, and healing. If you have a heart for service, resilience, and a desire to walk alongside youth on their journey to restoration—this is the role for you!
